DADRA & NAGAR HAVELI AND DAMAN & DIU PREPARE FOR PM NARENDRA MODI’S PROPOSED VISIT
Political and administrative activity has intensified across Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu following the proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi expected later this year in June 2025.
To strengthen coordination and public participation, BJP organizational leaders recently conducted a detailed meeting with state office bearers, Morcha Presidents, party workers, and regional representatives regarding preparations for the Prime Minister’s visit.
The meeting was conducted under the guidance of Pradesh Prabhari Dushyant Patel, Pradesh President Mahesh Agaria, and Pradesh Mahamantri Sunnil K Patil, where detailed discussions reportedly focused on public outreach, organizational coordination, volunteer management, and event execution planning.
Alongside BJP organizational activities, the administration also held a high-level review meeting in Daman under the chairmanship of Administrator Praful Patel.
Senior government officials, industrial representatives, social organizations, and representatives from different communities participated in the meeting and discussed multiple aspects including security management, traffic arrangements, crowd handling, venue readiness, and public participation.
According to administrative sources, several development projects, welfare initiatives, and public-focused programs are expected to be linked with the Prime Minister’s proposed visit.
Officials also reviewed transportation management, emergency response systems, infrastructure preparations, and coordination between various departments to ensure smooth execution of all scheduled programs.
Across the Union Territory, BJP workers and local supporters are reportedly showing strong enthusiasm regarding the proposed visit, while organizational teams continue preparations at different levels.
Observers believe the proposed visit could hold major political, administrative, and developmental significance for the region, particularly as infrastructure expansion and public welfare initiatives continue to grow across Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Preparations are currently being finalized in multiple sectors as authorities and organizational teams work toward making the visit grand, organized, and impactful.
